Case Dropped For Slim Jxmmi, Battery Assault Claims Retracted
Slim Jxmmi's battery case has been dropped due to the alleged victim retracting her claims, according to TMZ.
TMZ has obtained new legal documents that state Florida prosecutors do not have a good faith basis for filing any battery charges against the rapper. Slim's girlfriend quickly backed off her initial battery claim, prosecutors said.
As you recall, authorities told us Slim was arrested late January in Miami-Dade County, FL after his girlfriend called the cops to report he had ripped hair extensions from her scalp because he was upset with her.
Slim's girlfriend took back her statement shortly after his arrest, claiming he never touched her.
Since the alleged victim recanted and refused to cooperate, there was a "credibility concern" that would make it difficult to prove any case against Slim, hence no charges were filed.
