As Zion Williamson continues to miss time with a foot injury, the New Orleans Pelicans star has had an up and (mostly) down season.
During the weekend, a Mardi Gras parade float made fun of Zion Williamson, depicting him wearing a "1 Ton" jersey with a cast on his leg. Additionally, he holds a foot-long sandwich in one hand and cash in the other, while a speech bubble reads, "I'm hungry."
During an appearance on the Pat McAfee Show last week, NBA insider Shams Charania discussed Williamson's potential return.
“I haven’t gotten any sense that Zion Williamson is gonna play this season, and that definitely is alarming,” Charania said.
