Issa Rae Addresses Rumors Saying She's Pregnant: "Let a B**** Eat, Drink & Be Merry"

After Issa Rae wrapped up her Emmy-award-winning HBO show, Insecure, fans have been eagerly anticipating the launch of her upcoming series Rap Sh*t on the same network. While the wait gets longer and longer, many of her supporters have begun to focus on the screenwriter's personal life, including her recent marriage to business mogul, Louis Diame.

In turn, this has led to speculation about when the 37-year-old will give birth to the couple's first child. After a video of the actress led fans to believe she is pregnant, many have suggested the process is well underway. In response, Issa Rae addressed the rumors on Twitter in a series of messages that were both stern and humorous.

“I am not pregnant, f**kyouverymuch,” Rae wrote. “LET A B**CH EAT DRINK AND BE MERRY.”
