Khloe, who shares her 3-year-old daughter True with Tristan, is still dealing with his scandal.
Tristan also has a 5-year-old son named Prince with his ex Jordan Craig, whom he pays child support to.
Maralee, 31, gave birth to Tristan's third child back in December 2021 after the two had been fighting in court.
He announced in a lengthy Instagram post at the beginning of January that he is indeed Maralee's father.

Page Six recently reported that Tristan's third baby mama made some heavy claims about the Indiana Pacers player.
Since his birth, the NBA player has not visited his newborn child once, according to Maralee.
Harvey Englander, her attorney, said the sports star has "done nothing" to provide for his child, despite reportedly being ordered to pay child support.
Apparently, Tristan has been ordered to pay her about $40,000 a month.
"Despite news reports stating otherwise, Tristan Thompson has done nothing to support his son," said Harvey.
"Neither has he attempted to meet their son nor has he provided any financial assistance.", he concluded.
