Fans have been waiting for any signs regarding Lil Uzi Vert's upcoming project, The Pink Tape. Uzi's cover artist Baby Pluto posted on his Instagram Story with an update regarding the long-awaited project.
His Instagram Story reveals that Lil Uzi is utilizing a level of creativity that fans may be familiar with from when he first entered the Hip Hop scene, warning his critics that he's coming strong.
“Woke back up that evil Uzi,” he wrote. “Oh yea it’s a lot of people who thought I was done and prayed every night that they would take my spot. Boy oh boy just fasten your seatbelts.”
The "evil Uzi" that Baby Pluto is referring to might be the old Uzi that went hard in 2016. His videos contained Satanic imagery, and he even had a back-and-forth with Offset over his use of an upside-down cross.
In addition to the return of the evil Uzi, fans were able to see a glimpse of the artwork for The Pink Tape when Lil Uzi Vert's graphic designer teased the artwork on his Instagram Story. In the post, the word "PINK" is shown in the same color with a white shadow behind it.
