Man Who Was Working on Young Dolph's Memorial in Memphis Allegedly Shot and Killed

According to Fox 13, one of the men responsible for cleaning up Young Dolph's Memphis memorial multiple times a week, Jeremiah Taylor, was shot and killed last week.

The news station spoke with Taylor's friends and found out that they are receiving more information from his family as time goes on. The Memphis Police Department is now searching for suspects in the fatal shooting. He was found dead on Getwell Road.

“Jeremiah was a great person,” said friend Frank Gottie, who said he considered Taylor—who is shown above in an early report as he worked on Dolph’s memorial—a brother. “He was so creative. He was so on point. He was helpful, he would help anybody.”

One of the things Taylor did to maintain the Dolph memorial at Makeda's Cookies was to keep posters in check, one of which he made himself. In addition to the dolphins colored into the pavement, there are plenty of flowers adorning the memorial to honor the late rapper, who was killed on Nov. 17 at the location.
