Mike Tyson Says He's Willing to Fight Jake Paul For $1 Billion

Mike Tyson said he's open to battling YouTuber Jake Paul, but only if the price is right.

In a new episode of his Hotboxin' podcast with Paul Pierce, Tyson talked with WBC Middleweight Champion Jermall Charlo, and then they discussed Internet personality-turned-boxer Paul-who is focusing on Dana White right now.

Pierce pointed out on the show that "Mike's supposed to fight Jake Paul," prompting Tyson to claim he was unaware of that arrangement.

“Nobody ain’t tell me that,” he said. “I ain’t sign no… Hey, I don’t got no f*cking money. Where the f*cking contract?”

Following some jokes, Tyson said he had been "smoking with [Paul] forever," and even said that he had done some shrooms with him. Still, Tyson said he had "never heard" that people expected the unlikely pair to face off.

He turned down Charlo's $49 million suggested purse, saying “Blue eyes, blonde hair, that shit is very expensive, man,” Tyson countered with a "billion bucks."

With a price tag like that, that would be the most expensive fight in history, with 2015's Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao match still holding the record for the highest-grossing fight.

Tyson was rumored to have agreed to fight Paul in January, but the fight never happened

Tyson is one of the greatest fighters of all time, but Paul is no slouch either, having gone 5-0 with four knockouts in his first five pro bouts.
